Nabq Bay property offers the complete package

Nabq Bay Sharm El Sheikh For many years the Red Sea has offered an almost mystical appeal to tourists from the UK, which is manifesting itself this year as large numbers of tourists flee the more traditional destinations in favour of low-cost holidays in destinations such as Sharm El Sheikh.

Indeed such as this appeal that Egypt, and in particular the resorts in its popular Red Sea region look set to have a record year in terms of overseas tourist visitors.

Whilst all of the Red Sea resorts have witnessed increased tourist figures, the most dramatic increases have been seen in Sharm El Sheikh, and in particular the new destination of Nabq Bay. Situated north of central Sharm El Sheikh, in close location to the international airport, Nabq Bay is just a few hours flying time from the major European travel hubs such as the UK, Germany, France and Scandinavia.

Nabq Bays location, just a short drive north of the central Naama Bay entertainment district, allows it to capitalise on a large stretch of beachfront land available just north of Sharm El Sheikh. As such, the majority of property in Nabq Bay offers residents and visitors easy access to the clear blue waters of the Red Sea. A truly spectacular location, the majority of the property in Nabq Bay overlooks the Red Sea towards a region called the Straits of Tiran.

Far from the developed centre of Sharm El Sheikh, Nabq Bay is still relatively undeveloped in comparison with much of the surrounding region. As with so many emerging property destinations, the first residents of the Nabq Bay region were the numerous international hotels which can now be found there. Following these have been a number of major food and entertainment brands including the Hard Rock Cafe and Starbucks.

It would be fair to say, that Nabq Bay has piggybacked the considerable success of the Sharm Sheikh tourist industry, and today an increasing number of early Bird investors are purchasing property in Nabq Bay with a view to capitalising on the inevitable growth which will happen over the coming years.

Over the course of the past 12 to 24 months, a number of superb new property developments have been announced in Nabq Bay. Already developments including the Mashareq, The View and the Maraqia have proven commercially successful as increasing numbers of investors purchase units on and off plan basis. At the heart of the appeal of the Nabq Bay property market is the lower price of property in comparison with that scene in the central Naama Bay region.

On visiting Nabq Bay, it would be hard to say that the region is not still in the development phase. However, the opportunity undoubtedly exists for people who are looking for the opportunity for long-term growth and capital appreciation. With developers currently offering excellent incentives for people looking to purchase property in Nabq Bay, the opportunity is current and real.
