A picturesque town located on the southern coast of Turkey, Fethiye offers residents a Mediterranean lifestyle amongst traditional, and picturesque Turkish surroundings. Just a short drive in and around the modern day city will show you signs of this glorious heritage including rock tombs and even an ancient theatre just a short walk from the popular harbour area.

 

When discussing Fethiye, it is important to note that the number of other major tourist destinations are located within a short distance of the main city. Indeed the resort's of Olu Deniz and Hisaronu popular in their own right. In particular, Olu Deniz, and it's stunning lagoon have adorned the front's of 1000 picture postcards from Turkish holidays.

 

Over the course of the past few years, demand for property in Fethiye and the surrounding regions has increased considerably. With the new airport being opened at Dalaman international, a large number of low-cost airlines now serve the Fethiye region on a daily basis, and tourist figures in the region averaged an all-time high.
