Burj Khalifa rents see large falls according to Bloomberg
A report out from Bloomberg this morning has stated that rents in the world's tallest tower, the Burj Khalifa, have fallen by as much as 40% in recent months. The report goes on to state that the low rental values in the Burj Khalifa are a direct result of the low occupancy rates in the prestigious building.
Laura Adams from Better Homes, commented that today, nine months after the official opening of the tower, over 800 of the towers 900 apartments remain empty of occupants.
