Damac Properties award three enabling works contracts
Damac Properties, one of the Middle East's largest property developers has moved forward with awarding contracts for enabling works on three of its major contracts. The contracts will allow work to begin on the Suburbia project in Downtown Jebel Ali as well as the prestigious Harbour Heights project in Abu Dhabi. A third contract was awarded to Zetas for the Damac Heights project, which is one of Damac's leading developments in the Dubai Marina. These works will be restarted following a short delay due to a development redesign.
The news follows the announcement last week that Peter Riddoch, CEO Damac Properties, is to step down from his current position next month following seven years with the developer.
