DIFC sees rents fall by around 40 percent in the past six months.
A report out this morning from the property consultants CB Richard Ellis has found that commercial rents in the Dubai International Finance Centre (DIFC), have reduced by an average of 40% across the past six months. The report goes on to state that over the period, the commercial rents in DIFC have reduced from a high of AED750 per square foot to approximately AED450 at present.
The report also states that other areas have also seen considerable reductions in rent including Jumeirah Lake Towers and Site C.
