Property developers in Dubai look for talks on freehold visas
A recent report in Gulf News has stated that a number of the major property developers in Dubai are seeking new talks with the government regarding the current policy of visas for foreigners linked to freehold property ownership in the UAE. Developers have stated that clarification on the issues of visas for foreign ownership for freehold ownership would help restore confidences in the emirates property market.
The talks would be the latest in a series of initiatives from both the developers and government, aimed at providing renewed impetus into the Dubai property market.
