Emaar and Nakheel to attend Cityscape
In a significant U-turn, two of the country’s largest real estate developers have reversed their decisions and have now decided to attend the region’s largest property show.
Nakheel has been clear in stating that its main focus and priority is now on delivering to its existing customers’ and investors’ expectations and that it would be using its presence at the exhibition to promote communal properties within a number of its developments which are close to completion.
EMAAR has said that its objective at this year’s Cityscape will be to explain its growth strategy of expansion. It has also stated that one of its main current objectives will be to complete the prestigious Burj Dubai Downtown project. EMAAR also wants to promote to prospective new investors its flexible ownership opportunities. It is without doubt, a significant boost for the show’s credibility to have these two major players back on board for this year’s Cityscape event.
