Frankfurt Sports Tower 1
Frankfurt Sports Tower 1, a new residential tower which will be located in the heart of the Dubai Sports City development, was today launched by Memon Investments, the real estate division of the Memon Group of companies.
The AED338 million freehold residential tower is the first project to be launched under the Champions Tower banner. In order to boost investor confidence in the Frankfurt Sports Tower 1 project, the developers have registered an Escrow account with the Commercial Bank of Dubai.
The Frankfurt Sports Tower 1 will comprise of a total of 224 residential units, including 140 studios, 56 one bedroom apartments and 28 two bedroom apartments. The tower also include two levels of basement parking, and covered parking on the ground level.
A range of luxury features are to be included on the development including a fully equipped health club with rooftop swimming pool, gymnasium and spa.
