Gardenia I and II launched in Jumeirah Village South
Memon Investments, the Dubai property developers have announced the launch of their first project in the Jumeirah Village South district of Dubai. Gardenia I and II is a residential, commercial and retail project which will offer a total of 170 residential units in the central Jumeirah Village South area.
Gardenia I and II, which is valued at AED 150 million, is Memon Investments first project in the Jumeirah Village South district, following previous projects in the Dubai Sports City and Silicon Oasis regions. The project is due for completion in 2010, and an Escrow account is in place for the project with the Commercial Bank of Dubai.
Designed around a charming Mediterranean theme, the Gardenia I and II projects will offer 170 residential units, which will comprise of 60 studios, 68 one bedroom apartments, 22 two bedroom apartments, 7 townhouses and 13 loft apartments. 8 retail units will be available on the ground floor.
