Ghaya Community boutique villas to be launched at Cityscape 2008.
Tatweers real estate division, Mizin, has announced that it will be unveiling a boutique villa community in Dubailand, which will be located close to the exclusive neighbourhoods of Tiger Woods Dubai and Bawadi Boulevard.
The Ghaya Community, which will be officially launched at next weeks Cityscape 2008 exhibition in Dubai will feature luxury villas, which will be designed in a modern and minimalist style. All of the Ghaya Community villas will be situated on large plots, which are designed to provide the residents with a sense of luxury and privacy.
