Mada in to announce three new projects for Cityscape 2008.

 

The next couple of weeks promise to be busy ones in the Dubai real estate market, as property developers seek to announce the key projects which will be the focus of their exhibits at the upcoming Cityscape 2008 exhibition. The latest announcement from Mada’in Properties sees the launch of three new projects in Dubai.

 

The Rubix is a residential development, which will comprise of three separate buildings which surround a unique ‘Grand Plaza’ area on the ground floor. The Rubix will consist of studio’s, one and two bedroom apartments, as well as a fully equipped fitness centre and swimming pool. Resident parking will be available on the ground floor.

 

H Tower is a mixed use development comprising of a 10 storey office tower and a 23 storey residential tower featuring one, two and three bedroom apartments. The top floor will contain a select number of duplexes and penthouses. The ground floor will feature a large retail area along with recreational and fitness facilities for both men and women. Residents parking will be distributed across numerous levels throughout the lower levels of the building.

 

The final project to be announced for Cityscape 2008, Bay Terrace, will offer a range of one, two and three bedroom apartments, as well as a small number of duplexes and penthouses which will be exclusively situated on the top floor of the Bay Terrace building. Fitness amenities include outdoor and indoor swimming pools as well as a beautiful rooftop garden.
