New Contracts For Property Purchases In Dubai
The Gulf News has this morning reported that the Emirate plans to introduce a simplified purchase contract which will quickly become the norm for property purchases in Dubai. Emmad Eldin Farouq, a senior legal advisor in the Dubai Land Department said "the new report will clearly set out the terms for both buyers and sellers.."
The new contract, which has been drawn up by the Dubai Land Department and is still waiting for full approval, is designed to make it harder for buyers to try to get out of signed property purchases, or to add fine print into existing contracts.
