Office space in Dubai enters the world's top ten most expensive.
The Global Market Rents Survey from CB Ellis has shown that Dubai has now entered the top ten list for the worlds most expensive office space. London has retained its position at the top of the list.
Key movers in the index include Ho Chi Minh City, where occupancy rates increased by over 94% and Singapore on 86%. There were strong performances throughout the Asian region, with Tokyo, Mumbai and New Delhi all making the top ten.
