Real Estate Broker Association To Be Launched By RERA in Dubai.
Recent times have seen significant progress in the regulation of the Dubai real estate market, as the authorities plan ahead for the future of the maturing Dubai property market.
Legislation has already been introduced for the 5,000 estate agents in the region, and today the Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA) has announced that it plans to create a Brokers Association in Dubai. The new brokerage association will be tasked with creating an industry code of conduct for all members.
Marwan bin Ghalita, CEO of RERA said "Plans to create such an association are in the pipeline."
