Sama Dubai Offers Investors Alternative Units
An article in today's National newspaper has reported that Sama Dubai, the developers of the Dubai Lagoons project is to offer alternative units to investors who purchased in the stalled development. The report states that the developer is offering alternative units in the Jumeirah Beach Residences to the investors, in what is seen as a wider consolidation process between the various developers within Dubai Holdings.
Sama Dubai, the developers of the Dubai Lagoons project recently merged with Tatweer as part of a larger consolidation project with Dubai Holdings.
