The Aurora is launched in the Shams in Abu Dhabi.
Mayadeen, the Kuwaiti property developers have this week announced the launch of their latest residential project in Abu Dhabi. The Aurora, an AED 1.6 billion project, will be located in the Shams district of Al Reem Island in Abu Dhabi, and will consist of two residential towers of 208 metres each.
The Aurora Towers will each be 53 stories high, and will contain a total of 960 apartments ranging from one bedroom apartments up to four bedoom apartments and luxury penthouses. Also included in the Aurora development will be a 14 storey commercial tower.
The Aurora is the latest in a number of high profile projects to be announced in Al Reem Island, and is further positive news for the Abu Dhabi property market.
