Halcyon Retreat - Purchase Procedure
The purchase procedure for both full ownership and fractional properties is very straightforward. What is particularly profitable about this investment is that we will pay you interest payments or rental returns from the moment that you first pay your deposit, right through to five years after the property’s completion, resulting in a positive cashflow situation from the moment that you first pay your deposit.

A £1,000 fully refundable reservation fee is payable upon reservation of full ownership properties. For fractional ownership properties the reservation fee is £500. Upon reservation, we will send you a preliminary contract to peruse, and your deposit of 50% will be due within 14 days of receipt of this preliminary contract. Starting from the date that you pay your deposit, we will pay 5% interest PA into your bank account, paid quarterly.

Upon completion of all properties within phase one of Halcyon Retreat, the remainder of the price of your property will be payable. At this point the 6% rental guarantee will commence and will be paid quarterly directly into your bank account.
