The apartment itself is located in the Sunset Pearl development, one of the Sahl Hasheesh's most well known developments. As such, the owners will have full access to the private Pyramisa beach, and a wide selection of on-site facilities.

Outside the apartment is a beautiful garden area, which is fully landscaped and lit up at night. The garden off the patio has had a lot of additional planting added to it including  bougainvillea under the main palm tree,  hibiscus hedging and a very expensive Cycas palm in the centre of the lawn.  There is patio running more than the length of our property with access from the main living area and the bedroom.

The kitchen is fully fitted with washing machine, oven and hob with extractor fan and a fridge freezer. There are far more than the usual letting items within the kitchen and it includes full baking tins, trays, casseroles, loads of pans and frying pans etc.  Toaster, kettle, electric juicing machine, and loads of kitchen tools etc. Counter tops are black granite. There is cutlery and the usual china sets for 6 people.
 
The bedroom has a large king size 4 poster bed with an additional single bed which slides out from underneath when needed. We have had bespoke wardrobes made to fit the full inset with one for drawers and shelves and 2 with hanging space. There is also a full double dressing table with drawers and a mirror and stool.  The patio doors open from the bedroom onto the patio which does have a full patio table, 4 patio chairs and an umbrella.
 
The living room has a large tv unit with a flat screen tv  Also included is a satellite tv unit which is in full working order and a dvd player. The lounge area also has the main sofa unit with chaise.  This is an Italian designer unit and houses a very sturdy full sized double bed (making 5 beds in total). The dining area holds a square glass topped table with a stylish but simple design to the top and the chair backs and seats 4 people.
 
The bathroom has granite worktops, white bath, sink and toilet. It has a full water heater installed and a shower over the bath. The bathroom window is fitted with a mesh too.
