The once decidedly Turkish community is now mixed with ex-pats and foreigners enjoying some of the best sea views in the region at a remarkably low price.
The sunsets from the top of Tasyaka, across the bay of Fethiye and over the surrounding mountains, are simply breathtaking. The constant refreshing breeze and lack of mosquitoes (yes really!) are also a joy most would think would come at a premium. Surprisingly, the land and property prices in are relatively low in comparison to the neighbouring areas of Ovacik and Hisaronu. The land available in the Tasyaka region is now limited, as are areas with a sea view in the region, with this in mind, the Summit Apartments are a serious contender for being the best value for money properties in the region.
