Veranda at Sahl Hasheesh – Completion

Construction on Veranda at Sahl Hasheesh started in March 2008. Completion of all of the resort's facilities together with the first three phases of the project (including Phase C which is the phase currently being sold) is due by end 2010. Completion of the final three phases is due by mid-2012.

 

Veranda at Sahl Hasheesh – Payment Schedule

 

Two different payment plans are available for Veranda:

Option A

  • 10% reservation fee (fully refundable).
  • 15% upon signing contract
  • 75% in 15 equal instalments of 5% spread over the lifetime of the project build.

Option B

  • GBP2000 reservation fee (fully refundable)
  • 25% upon signing contract (less the reservation fee)
  • 25% six months after signature of contract
  • 50% upon completion
  • An extra 5% payment is due on completion to cover lifetime maintenance fees. This is fully refunded upon sale of the unit.
